Ingredients
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 pt. ice cream, softened
- ½ cup caramel ice-cream topping
- 1 cup sugar
- 1tbs baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup canola oil
- ½ cup chopped nuts
- 2 eggs
- 2¼ cups all purpose flour
- ½ cup butter
Process
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 13×9 inches pan. Heat the butter until it completely melts, remove from the heat. Add in eggs, flour, ice-cream, sugar, salt, heavy cream, baking powder and canola oil. Mix well, pour this mixture into the prepared pan and bake for about 30-35 minutes.
